Tonic Studios-Nuvo Embellishment Mousse. These mousses help you add a 3D look to your card, scrapbook page, or multi-media project by using a stencil. You can gain two very different effects from these mousses you can get a textured finish by applying with a spatula or you can get a smooth finish by applying it with a soft cloth.  You can also mix with water to make a shimmer mist or watercolor paint.
